All scheduled patients will be called for screening the day before your appointments to determine if you have:
Traveled to a high-risk country or region;
Were on a cruise ship; and/or
Are currently symptomatic (cough, fever, chills or other upper respiratory symptoms).
If you have any of the above risks – please do NOT come to the office until you have been cleared by your nephrologist to do so. You will be notified by the practice if you have been cleared to attend your appointment.
Additionally, if you show up to your appointment with symptoms you will be immediately placed in an exam room with a mask and your physician will determine next steps.
